Christmas cinnamon mini muffins

Ingredients and preparation for approx 20 pcs mini muffins:
• 1 1/2 cups of flour (= classic mug, 250 ml)
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 tsp baking powder into
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon crushed nutmeg
• 1/2 teaspoon allspice
• 1 egg, lightly whipped
• 1/2 cup cream (or milk)
• 1/3 cup melted butter
filling:
Two more grated apples, mixed with sugar and cinnamon. Alternatively, a drop of rum.
decorating:
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/4 cludes melted butter
In a large bowl mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, nutmeg and allspice. Next, add the lightly whipped egg, cream and melted butter and mix well throughout. Stir until before all interspersed additives becomes fine matter. Molds for muffins delete butter and fill it 2/3 (dough in the oven will raise). Optionally filled into paper mini molds that do not forget. After filling the molds with batter into each add less than a teaspoon of apple umíchané materials (spoon filled with dip into the batter, as in the preparation of marble cake)
Bake at max.teplotě for about 15-20 minutes (we continually test sticks that are baked before).
Following decorating. Spread melted baked muffins (hot) butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar on and let cool.
NB. It does not have to perform only mini molds, of course you can use traditional size molds, but the final number of pieces will be smaller
